Charlie

Update: Charlie has been adopted.

Charlie is a black Lab mix with a little white patch on his chest and on his back toes. He has wonderful big, soft, floppy Lab ears. Charlie is one year old as of 12/23/09. He is energetic, very playful, very loving and totally devoted. He loves to run, play and chase outside with you or another dog. He gets along well with other dogs, but absolutely loves being with his people.

He loves to play ball and if you don't throw it for him, he'll throw it for himself. When he's tired out and you're watching TV, he loves to curl up beside you with his head on you leg, but prefers to climb up into your lap with his head on your shoulder, all 60 - 70 pounds of him. He is crate trained and behaves well in the house.

Puppy Max

Max is a black Lab mix that was born March 8, 2009. He is shy at first with some adults, but warms up quickly. He is very good with kids. Max still has a lot of puppy energy and loves to play and wrestle with other dogs. He knows how to sit and give you his paw. Max is almost out of his chewing stage and rarely chews anything but his bones. He is a loving dog, preferring to be inside with his people over being outside alone. He especially likes to sit next to you and cuddle in the evenings. He behaves well in the house and is crate trained. He goes to bed in his crate willingly and doesn't make a sound until morning.

Update: Sadie has been adopted.

Sadie is a very sweet 2 year old girl who thinks she's still a puppy. She loves to play and wrestle with other dogs, and she thinks cats are interesting. Most of all, her human friends are her favorite. She wants to be as close to you as she can and will put her head in your lap for attention. She is a small girl at around 50 pounds and would love to be in a home with another dog to play with. She is crate trained and is working on her manners.
