Violet

Miss Violet - or 'Boof Boof' as the gals at Fetch Doggy Day Care call her because she barks twice when she's excited! - is getting in the Halloween spirit! Boof Boof is spending Halloween weekend with her pals at Fetch while her foster mom is on vacation. She would love to find her 'furever' home for the holidays!

Bo

Update: Bo has been adopted.

Bo is in every sense of the phrase a gentle giant. He absolutely loves getting attention and will do anything for a scratch behind the ear or a pat on the back. Bo is adjusting wonderfully to being an inside dog, but still is working on understanding when its time to play and when its time to relax. For the first week we had Bo he did not lay down at all until he was put into his crate at night. Now, Bo is learning to lay patiently when his humans are busy doing other things. Bo is obsessed with anything round, especially tennis balls. Bo is great at retrieving tennis balls and then dropping it at your feet for you to throw again for him. He is also doing really well on his leash, he pulls a little at the beginning of a walk but after he settles down, he walks GREAT on the leash with very little correction. Bo is very easily excited by ANY kind of attention, you just have to look at him and he will start wagging his tail. Currently, Bo is around 85-90 pounds and is still a little under weight, so he'll probably be around 95-100 or more pounds once he puts some more weight on....you can see all of his ribs now! Bo would be great for an active couple or someone that is looking for an excellent companion. We have only had him about two weeks, but it is already apparent that he is extremely loyal and wants to do anything to please his "Pack leader". Bo does well with other dogs, but he seems to be more interested in playing with humans than other dogs. Bo has not interacted with any children, but because of his size, I would guess that he might be too rough with little kids because he gets SO excited about EVERYTHING and could knock them over! Bo is a wonderful lab and would make a great friend for anyone, he is ready for his forever home.
